I had the opportunity to shoot and direct this video. This was all shot on location in Texas. The little girl (Austyn Peacock)
and the boy (Chance Little) are both champion barrel racers, pole benders and calf ropers. I feel lucky that I was able to
work with them. They did such a great job in front of the camera, even though it was their first time doing anything like this.
This was a fun video to Direct because most of it was shot on green screen. It's fun to see it all come together in the end.
I got involved with Speed the Band because they were involved in a project to help protect children. I made this video for
them when Chelsea King from San Diego went missing. The band wanted to make a video to help spread the word on the
disappearance of Chelsea. They posted the song on iTunes and all the money made went to the King family.
I showed up to start filming and they said their drummer couldn't make it, so they asked me to drum on the recording. I
made a quick cameo in the video too. We made this video and recorded the song in about six hours. It was a tight turn
The band and producer of the band played a role in getting Chelsea's law passed in California. They are working on getting
it passed in other states.
